I have great news then less great news

On the one side? The backpayment alongside what I was owed was sent as an emergency cheque that I picked up.

I picked it up and it's a very sizable $$$ amt

Downside is my bank put a hold on it so I couldn't fully pay my rent ;__;

ugh. Banks.

Yeaaah. I couldn't send ALL my rent so I had to text my landlord about why part of it is missing..

yeah my landlord was very understanding

i think he was just happy to receive like 99% of my rent

i just laugh because the bank put a hold on a GOVERNMENT cheque
