I took out a small amount of piled-up trash that I have been feeling shame about not dealing with for weeks, nay months; now I am rewarded with being able to look at that spot and feel happy that I did the thing

here's to carrying that energy forward and continuing to clean up small amounts until there are no amounts left to clean

I think tomorrow I will peel the labels off my mountain of empty pill bottles
