Good session tonight!!

Did a combat playing some NPCs (because we have 13 characters in an upcoming combat not counting adversaries, 9 of which Ly would have to control if we didn't help, so we were doing some practice)

I definitely forgot how to druid there for a bit lol

It was revealed to one character some shit that Amnos pulled in the last season of this campaign where he found out the other party's leader (Declan) had poisoned a member of his own party (Thymus) who happened to be Amnos' long lost brother he didn't know he had (at the time)

So Amnos, unbeknownst to his own party, had a private conversation with Declan where he told him he knew and that he expected Declan to do the right thing about it. Implied or else.

So Declan, instead of coming clean to his entire group, ended up just talking to his wife and fucked off to who knows where, leaving her to have and raise their baby!! Without him!!!!

Which is also a big fucking see red button for Amnos

So he hates Declan

Now we're about two years later and Declan turns back up working with a shitty black dragon who's causing problems. He might be mind controlled, maybe? But anyway, Amnos hears about this from Bosun (Terri's character) when he comes back from scouting and gets quietly PISSED because fuck that guy

And Monari, one of Declan's party who's with them to take care of the dragon problem, can tell even though he didn't rage or anything because she's Kalishtar and they're empathic

So she goes to talk to Amnos about this and he finally reveals a. what Declan did to Thymus and b. that he (Amnos) contributed to Declan fucking off two years ago

Though that was Declan's choice, cause Amnos didn't say to leave or anything!! Declan decided that part on his own. Or with Sirene (his wife/also Thymus' adopted sister so sort of a sister to Amnos too. Their family is complicated.)

BUT YEAH SO SOMEONE KNOWS THAT NOW

I love this interwoven tapestry of a game Ly has made, its the best
