missed my fucking appointment because my provider has offices on the second and fifth floors of this fucking building

And of fucking course they're not allowed to text me to say "hey you checked in but we don't see you out here, what's up?"

They squeezed me in with a different doctor but now I have to wait another fucking hour

Really just feels like I cannot have a single goddamn good or simple thing in my fucking life
