Seeing a new doctor a week from Thursday, and in our video visit she asked me to test my blood pressure regularly before the appointment. and wow both my checks so far sure are in STAGE 2
A healthy heart rate for adults over 18 is usually between 60 and 100 beats per minute and if this third number on the meter is my pulse, that's high too
for example I just took mine, and the actual bp was like, 147/89 , but the FIRST reading I took was 173/87 which is uhhh worrisome if true (it was not)
so basically if you squint eye at a reading not really lining up with how you're feeling, not a bad reason to take it again - and maybe change whether you're standing or sitting
