Manager reported as being a bully. Manager don't feel like she's a bully but now instead feels ganged up on when I bring it up because ofc I'll bring it up, I need to nip toxic culture! And that what staff is complaining about is "pathetic" (wtf). That's my current annoyance, how's everyone day been?
