I think they refract, rather than reflecting...

when a laser hits the wall, it will both pass straight through and bend at a 90 degree angle (perpendicular). I'll try and draw a diagram when I'm home o7

If you don't wanna follow the bounces to solve the mechanic:
1) Don't be in the row of the panel the initial laser strikes (I think it's always the first row? but I'm not 100% sure)
2) Don't be in the column of the other panel in the same row as the first panel.
