Tilt
Well it happened, the inevitable last minute shifting of schedules and changing everything the night before open house. Luckily I have everything I need, but had to rebuild the modules in canvas for the new classes.
Tilt
I'm not going to have copies ready by open house tomorrow probably since the copiers are still being worked on, but they'll at least be able to get digital access. Even if they don't get their Chromebooks until Friday.

I'm ready, but after 16 years I've come to expect this. I just feel bad for the ones who are having to pick up entirely new subjects. But at least the poor teacher who has chemistry for the first time can just borrow everything I have and just copy paste from my course to hers.
Tilt
Also really surprised that we've gone from only needing four chemistry courses a year to needing six. But more kids have been signing up for it so they can make smores, ice cream, and blow up gummy bears.
Tilt
Now I just need to corrupt them further into signing up for Physics, though even that's doubled in the last few years.

Also convocations are a waste of time, we spent three hours this morning listening to a sermon on our calling and being ordaned (yes they really used that termenology) to be there when we could have been working in our rooms. Immediately followed by doing the wobble.
