I keep getting called by a restricted number and there's like??? Yelling in the background when I answer?? And they hang up right away??? What???

They called three times and on the fourth call I answered and they did that and on the fifth time too

because if it's a joke it could be potentially harassment depending on the frequency but you can just report it as a concern
