Okay so.

1.- My mom had an appt for her surgeon to see her on Wednesday. It wasn't her surgeon, said surgeon humiliated and yelled at her, refused to answer her questions, etc. I took her so I was wildly confused.

2.- My mom had a coordinator essentially tell her "go to the ER because there's infection" so I was in the ER until like . 8? pm. Fine. (we got there at 8am btw, most of this was pointless waiting)

3.- once in ER she was interned and put on an IV and just... left... there until the next day. supposedly they ran blood tests and whatever but The Surgeon Never Came. This is hour 24, I get there at like 10am bc I ran late. they gave her a bed in the surgery ward, again just a saline IV, no information, no surgeon visit, no explanation, not even a process

???????????????

4.- yesterday was sorta just... that. constantly hunting down the fucking surgeon all day until 7.30pm (his shift started at 2, ended at 8 btw), for him to tell her she's fine and to go home

and now... today

wtf

1.- they prescribed my mom medicine she's mortally allergic to *AGAIN*
2.- they put it on her discharge papers
3.- in the correction they removed 1 of the 2 antibiotics she was supposed to be on

4.- they are not giving her the medication because they have to investigate and fix the case, AGAIN
5.- they have us waiting in the hall outside of general surgery office in the surgery ward just standing here
6.- they prescribed her a new couple of meds, one of them they don't have, they sent us back AGAIN

7.- surgeon was like. oh my god. okay. gives new prescription and whole new discharge papers with "SYSTEM ERROR"
8.- new discharge papers had even MORE ERRORS including claiming she's dependent on insulin. SHE ISNT

9.- the new meds? not IN THE FUCKING SYSTEM OR HOSPITAL. pharmacist gives us an exact code to ask for to help us
10.- surgeons are like oh my god please go to the subdirectory I can't do this anymore
11.- it is solved in 20 minutes with subdirector because he looked like he wanted her OUT OF THERE already

I've been going to the hospital for the past 3 days nonstop with 3-5 hours of sleep max, and so sensory overloaded that I was about to fucking explode just bc (him) got there and started watching some stupid fucking loud as fuck YouTube video while I was trying to eat and decompress. I've been holding a massive fucking meltdown for 3 fucking days.

my mom was told she can be alone and even go back to work idk so am I the asshole? btw mom drives me fucking insane even if I'm still attached to her bc she's my mom
