almost passed out while showering so that's where im at

just laying around hoping i convalesce before somnia event goes up... cry

also have to go back to work tonight and it'll be my first night on my new med dose so i am very much hoping it does not bring back the dizziness of my early med adjustment

thank u me too we are upping my dose bc i sort of plateaued on the current one and have been in a bad brain slump for a long enough time that my new psych was like... let's try 10 more mg

usually my side effects have not been too bad, but dose changes and even missed doses have given me dizziness and vertigo for a few days afterwards so

anyway my head hurts and boy and i saw something quite upsetting when we went out to get the mail which i will not describe but ough. time for a brain break and think about what to do for dinner

my morning has been nothing but annoyance after annoyance holy fuck
