Does anybody have a solution for sleeping? I have taken Ativan, melatonin, a glass of wine, and even Sleepytime tea and I have just been having the worst insomnia all week.
Check your light sources before bed. I found that a sunset filter on my phone and warm light in my room a couple of hours before bed helped. Make sure you are neither hungry or too full. Get out in the morning light by 9 am. Make sure to move your body ! Since you’ve tried all the meds, these are the suggestions I can offer. They helped me; I sleep deeply
