I ALSO proved today that the express bus leaves the startoff early. I was AT my stop, some two blocks away, at 5:10 and that's when the express pulled up. I saw the express on my way over at that previous stop BEFORE 5:10. I rest my case, your honor.
I am going to call their customer service because I have the timeline in my mind. It was 5:09 or so when he was at the previous stop, when he shouldn't have even LEFT yet.
That 2-3 minutes is crucial. Especially if the not-express bus I take gets canceled. Then I'm not getting home until like 7pm unless I take Uber/Lyft, but that's too expensive to do all the time.
