I ask for strangers' dogs names frequently and strangers' names basically never

i have greeted the new dogs of humans i KNOW and not recognized them for a minute of greeting doggo because i simply didn't look up at the human

yeah i know several neighbor dogs names but not their owners

in one case I learned a... i think it was the neighbor's girlfriend's mom's name but I could not tell you his. only her and his dog.
