[cats] Oracle had another seizure again the other night

she has them off and on, they're months a part from each other and last only for a minute or two

for the most part, she carries on like normal as if nothing happened. she only needs a few minutes to recover and catch her breath

but she'll get up and move around like nothing happened

the seizures happen in her sleep and this morning, oracle is still walking around happily, asking for pets, eating, and drinking

it's rough but she is still very healthy and active outside these little seizures

I asked her rescue for medical paperwork because I think these seizures are tied to a potential head injury she had

unfortunately, I don't really have much info on her past life before she came to the rescue. but it does seem like she had it rough out on the streets. the tip of her tail has a kink, so it has been broken at one point

it's not their fault they don't have an extensive history on Oracle and I wish I knew more

other than Oracle suffered from a miscarriage of her babies and then she lost her eyes

One of the dogs I had growing up had seizures all his life, but he lived a long happy one despite them. It just takes a special owner to take care of the animal the best they can and make sure they are safe while the seizures happen. I'm so happy Oracle has you to do that!
