Harlock Harlock is a godfather to a seven year old girl named Mayu, he's an absent-by-force given A: Tochiro made him promise not to raise her on a pirate ship, and B: he's well aware getting close to her makes her a target (and she has in fact been kidnapped twice to get at him)

But he fucking adores the little girl though he'd never consider himself her parent, not wanting to overstep his dead bestie's place. He'll damn the whole galaxy for her sake.

As for his father, largely not a figure, but in some side materials he's Frances Harlock sometimes "The Great Harlock"

Who was largely absent from his life, because Joxters are by nature roamers, so Snufkin didn't even realize he had a 'dad' for the longest time but they share many similarities - a hatred for signs and park keepers, nice hats,

Thomas Thomas' dad is Lowma, he's an asshole who essentially put Thomas up in a failed castle hoping he'd go away.
