[Doctor Who] going back to the Jon Pertwee era - I'm starting "Doctor Who and the Silurians". (The BluRay menu just calls it "The Silurians")

I'll probably only get four episodes in at most - this is a seven part story.

The Doctor's already fond of Bessie - the TARDIS might get jealous!

One of the workers at the nuclear research facility, Roberts, is suicidally insane. (When ordered to shut down his part of the experiment, he says he can't do it and attacks anyone who tries to stop him)

The Silurian trying to attack Liz becomes a lot less intimidating when the background music sounds like someone playing the kazoo.

I just got my first glimpse of the classic Silurians at the end of episode 3 - they definitely look different from what I'm used to.

Also, Dr. Quinn's attempt to use the escaped Silurian as a hostage failed miserably, almost immediately, and entirely off-screen.
