I can be laying in bed, window ac unit running fan blowing from in front directly on me. Skin feels cool to cold from the AC and deep inside I AM BURNING WITH THE FIRE OF A 1000 SUNS!!!!! WTF is this bullshit?

this is menopause, these are hot flashes. some days they don't end.

I often go spray my head down with cold water and sit in front of the fan

A bag of frozen peas can be your best friend on days like this. Have a couple to switch out to refreeze

I’m sorry to say you’ve joined the club. If the hot flashes persist I recommend asking your doctor about Veozah. It has been a lifesaver for me.

welcome to the perimeno or meno club. I went through 7yrs of perimenopause and it was brutal...i'm 3 years into menopause and it's awful but so much better than the peri by a bazillion %
