why does getting a bad sunburn make you so tired. I volunteered for an outdoor event this morning and I have been tired the rest of the day and my arms are on fire.

like when i did the garage sale the other weekend i got burned and it was like 55f out and I HAD SUNSCREEN ON but my scalp did not escape

Despite shade and everything

I haven’t burned a lot recently bc I’ve been v careful but a couple years ago I took care of dads garden and my god wearing a tank top and shorts was a mistake
