The word for today was “meat snack”.

Husband ran the smoker overnight- 2 pork shoulders and a beef brisket. The first pork shoulder came off at 10am.

Yum! Bobo’s putting two racks of ribs to the smoke tomorrow. I can’t wait!

So there has been pulled pork in a container on the stove all day. Every time passing through the kitchen, I needed to try another piece.

After having a slice of brisket for supper, I am stuffed.

dkronfeld : Just today I declared I would never order from a service that asked for a tip before I even placed the order. I don’t know if those entities do that and I’m frankly not inclined to bother to find out. But I will tip Bobo generously with lots of compliments.
