normally when I have these discussions I'm prying info out of people and sometimes if I ask if they tried X or Y they'll be like "....yeeeahhhh..." with all the conviction of a chocolate-covered kid saying that they absolutely did not take the chocolate

and I waited a day after power cycling because usually the reporting sorts itself out overnight but we haven't had traffic reporting for two days so I was like. yknow. I attempted to solve this myself and it did not work. gonna call support.
