this video explains how to prevent people from being able to spam the output from the apps in a server, but the TLDR is these cannot be disabled but each role's permissions in a given server have to be set this way to avoid displaying the output to other users

a clearer screenshot I took from my own private discord server with the updated list and the fact this is all enabled by default

"redefining creativity" is one of those things that was clearly intended to sound exciting and innovative but actually sounds profoundly sketchy and revisionist and newspeak-y

The problem with disabling application use is it also disables like...other things, including the ability to use bots you put in your server on purpose or use slash commands to do things like change your nickname
