Basically I have one of those stupid pull down blinds that broke at the bottom and it's a big one and it's the second time XD: I don't know why or how or if I can fix it. Probably can't be helped

Thaaaaaat is part of why one of the first things we did when we moved in was change out the window coverings, cause the painters TOTALED the blinds. (among other things)
