Had a great day socially yesterday! I got to try some tasty Cuban cuisine! I ran into someone I hadn't seen in years! Also someone who remembers my face that always makes me smile

I didn't even know they remembered me! We only spoke a couple of times when I happened to run into our common friend so it's so cool when someone remembers me hehe

I'm glad I can pay it forward for my friend who was there for me when I was going through grief! I still beat myself up for not going to that funeral and I apologized to her and I'm glad we got a chance to talk about it

Downtown Detroit has changed so much too there's more things to eat and try down there we even discovered a French pasty shop that has a lot of yummy pastries!

I'm working more on going on when I get invited and not hiding away the city has so much more things now!

I got to remember to go back to try the milkshake place that's definitely new and in a safe spot too!

sometimes I can't believe that some of my friends are parents and their kids are going into high school like omg
