I have not the slightest clue how old the 5D's and VRAINS characters are supposed to be, but presumably they are young adults of some stripe (probably older)
and my impression is that ZEXAL, ARC-V, Sevens, and Go Rush are supposed to be younger, probably actually middle school (maybe even late elementary school for Sevens and Go Rush given you just said Yuga is 11)
