I know I've got one or two Golden Peacock folks on here, can anyone help me narrow down some options to put on the TDM?

I'm a little anxious about trying to bring in someone that might not fit in with the rest of the game, but I also want to attempt to offer someone that'll thrive there from my weirdass cast.

I had imagined half a second of The Kid arriving and having to cope REAL fast

I have no horse in this race, but my vote is for Danny

the general vibe that i've heard as of late is people want older men and more women, i think, but honestly i think anyone who is more apt to participate off the bat is gonna have an easier time (and from personal experience, no one underage)

so like someone who will lean into the smut as opposed to taking some cajoling

that is just my small opinion though โค๏ธ

Well, one is a Large Burly Man With Cybernetic Eyeballs, one is a Ghost Face that I decided looks like a scrungly Hugh Dancy, Medjine is a giant horned woman from the Dragon Age 'verse, Signless is an alien revolutionary leader who everyone has decided is Dad Shaped. The Kid is a cowboy that has Been Through Some Shit.

Because the cast seems to be mostly anime/manga I feel like Batou might be most at home. He's more accustomed to modern high tech, fits a Daddy aesthetic in a different direction, is basically the least likely to panic about this kind of thing (or demand to speak to a manager)

we do have plenty of old-timey/fantasy characters who needed to make the tech adjustment, and they seem to be doing ok or have been intentionally leaning into the culture clash!

as someone who plays a more recalcitrant character, i would say i've been doing okay on that front too. willingness to lean into status effects and remaining an active participant (so, like, not making any partners ICly push your character unless agreed upon) goes a ways.
