sometimes I feel guilty that since I can generally still function through them my headaches aren't actually that bad and don't deserve the label of migraines

I have had this headache for three days. I have worked all of those days anyway. my sumatriptan didn't make it go away. I wasn't too nauseous to eat meals. it's fine.

Technically I can function through mine too but they're still migraines!

by definition i think a headache that lasts several days is a migraine
