[XIV] Savage prog plurk

still hitting our heads against the M6S adds wall, we got to see the beginning of wave 4 once

been trying to do pf prog but it's difficult to find/get a group together

most of pf seems to have moved past adds prog and the ones that aren't already have regen healer slots filled

our prog this week got really hindered by having to pf subs so each day we lost almost half our raid time looking for fills (we only prog 2 hours a night)

anwyay I think our biggest issue right now is just general awareness

when it's time to hit what, when it's time to move the mus, etc.

what if I just join bridge prog parties-

after like 2 hours in PF waiting for a fill the party I got into couldn't even make it TO adds

ok so it just turns out that PF groups don't fucking fill

group made good progress, we have cleaned up wave 2 and clean wave 2 usually means good wave 3 we're at 4 now but have only seen it a handful of times and I think it's just a matter of more practice for us to get through it

my coheal left the group, she said it was because her TEA group was increasing the number of days they were going and it conflicted with ours, but I think she also got too frustrated with M6S and wanted to quit

she was having a really hard time with it

it got to the point where she wanted a step by step guide on what exactly to do and when and that just doesn't exist

our dancer is filling in for shield healer until we can find a new member and he's doing much better despite being worse geared

one of our tanks is also having attendance issues (I believe he lives in EU) and I think the others are considering asking him to leave

anyway I do think finding a new member will be hard, it's already several weeks in and shield healer is the hardest role to recruit for
