why the fuck does this mung bean cake taste like banana

I can eat so little of it at a time before I'm overwhelmed with banana-ness and have to shove it in the fridge again. this is not a multiple serving food item.

No one on the internet thinks mung beans taste like bananas. Literally the only ingredients are mung beans, sugar, and corn oil
