finally I put RS on the plotting meme

I was on hiatus last month and just didn't bother month before that,,,,

it is always hard for me to brain 'about' sections....

so far RS is def down to fight weasels with Emporio (plus whoever else joins their group)
would still like RS to go on one of the rescue missions...
