it's more convoluted than it should be sometimes, due to issues with state registries, bad record keeping, and folks wanting exceptions.

but whatever, I let them sign the idiot form.

until she tries to decline the job entirely?

and that's a choice, declining a job because you don't want to get the vax OR sign a form saying "no thank you"

my boss called her and managed to talk to her, but. weird. I'll be interested in seeing how she does.

huh. maybe she didn't sign the exemption forms because she didn't want to lie... but also didn't want to vaccine for whatever reason she has.
