as far as i'm concerned Heizou is pansexual and gender is a construct. he's a cis man, but he doesn't really care about gender norms and absolutely dresses however he wants

like under the right circumstances with the right person he might be willing to experiment a little. but if you asked him point blank he'd say he's a straight cis man
