I'm mostly here for a work trip but I flew in early to do a little tourism first

If you can get over to Nixta some evening, do it. Suerte is great if you want upscale tacos (they're worth it, believe me). For everyday tacos, Veracruz and Tacodeli are sound.

Wintertide lol I saw this literally as I was sitting down for a snack at One Taco (not bad!). but IIRC we're likely going to get Tacodeli for breakfast at some point this week and possibly also I have some pull for Wednesday dinner

walked out to Zilker Botanical Garden this afternoon, btw, it was very nice

I had to laugh a little because I saw multiple quincenera photoshoots... the last time I went to a botanical garden in NY it was also dotted with quinces. this is a Thing wherever there's a heavy Latine presence and flowers, apparently!

Oh yeah. Zilker, the Wildflower Center, the state capitol, and various locations around UT are all going to have young ladies in big dresses everywhere right now.
