...I'm confused what the judge is supposed to have done. The accusation is that she misled ICE officers, but from their affidavit it sounds like she just told them they had to go get a proper legal warrant if they want to arrest people, and the guy they were after left while they were doing that.
She didn't do anything, whatever they accused her of is a pretext. The judiciary has been standing up to Trump's blatantly unconstitutional and illegal acts, and this is him trying to intimidate them.
