I am getting the rudest customers today

half the time when I try to say anything I'm getting interrupted

this last guy spent more time interrupting me and yammering nonsense just to keep me from talking then he would have just LETTING ME READ THE SCRIPT

one guy just got my name wrong consistently, and ranted for 10 minutes of a 12 minute call, cause he had a simple question with a simple answer but wouldn't SHUT UP
