I don't usually go for characters that are just from like a single movie bc I don't feel like I can do as much research to make sure I'm doing it right and fill in gaps but it's possible that this guy can change that. I'll have to keep spinning him around in my head

Man he is not only one of my favorite character types of "guy who underreacts to major injuries" he's also a guy who kicks his feet like a schoolgirl in his office chair. Novocaine is actually a romcom

I also. Think somebody who worked on this movie has played Heavy Rain. Not because anybody presses X to Nathan or main plot similarities but there are some setpieces that reminded me of the shenanigans Detective Norman Jayden gets up to searching for the Origami Killer
