Tryna decide: better laptop, or a cheap laptop and a ps5? The option with both is cheaper, but I only really want the ps5 for BG3.

Did not plan this ahead but want to buy before the tariff increases hit.

I play BG3 on a PC but that PC cost way more than a PS5 so

But if you can get a cheaper laptop that suits all your needs and a PS5 that is a nice compromise

I have a 10 yo Lenovo laptop that still suits my gaming needs (minecraft and Stardew) without issue but I’m realizing laptops are about to go up a lot in price and stay that way, so time to upgrade I guess.

you might only want the PS5 for bg3 now but it keeps your options open for later down the line

ps5 is expensive but it does give you options and also id try for one with a disk drive so it can also play any blu ray disc you got
