Trying to sum up a productivity-boosting video: Firstly, to break down your goals into small, achieveable events. Secondly, Write them down in past sentences, like you actually did it. It would make you easier to do it than thinking about how hard it would be. And try to find some pleasure in doing it.
It has an eye-catching title but somehow a bit boring. Feeling like a combination of lot of things I already knew but didn't make it. Sounds more like chit-chatting than actually being helpful.
But I kind of like the concept of.....whatever psychological effect it is. Basically it says your brain hate things being undone. So just start it and your brain will push you to finish it. (I doubt it though
