Because he’s 16, we aren’t pursuing a diagnosis. As long as he’s apparently healthy, we’ll treat him as such and when he’s not, we’ll look at options then.
But this happens every few months now and the only bother he seems to get from it is being annoyed we won’t let him turn the house into the Hannibal intro.
and yeah, that's where we are with Bill. He's still losing weight, DAMMIT, but he's also active and vocal and happy and adventurous, so until that stops we're just carrying on as usual. No more medical trauma, he's almost 17
Vet visit wasn’t great - he doesn’t pass their tests to be put under sedation, so we can’t do the thing the appt was actually for; a tooth cleaning. But he’s strong af - he defeated their attempts to x-ray him.
