Im really sorry ur work is absolutely a hellscape and you should blow it up but also I do hope your Union rep can get thru to them cause ur work stuff has sounded ridiculous in the frequency of your shifts and your union ahould be protecting you from that bs

it's a relief you have the union rep as a backup in these times, if there's any way of keeping track of your job playing you dirty, please try to keep that, it's some information that may come in handy in the future if you ever need proof that it's a recurring issue
