I think you would play a very interesting Kanzeon Bosatsu from Saiyuki, actually. Although she's in the unfortunate position of being a chessmaster with long-acting plans whose role hasn't been made fully clear in the existing canon (you could certainly put something together but it is. very slow to update.)

Sir Reginald Dellafield. He's in only one audio. He starts out as basically "Bertie Wooster works for Torchwood" but gets possessed by an alien force which makes him somewhat evil but also significantly more effective at his job as a Torchwood agent. His butler is in love with him and unnerved by what's happening.
