no sleep apnea issues, nothing to bring cardiologist appointments up faster. it was all pretty much textbook

I get to pleasantly surprise everyone with how quick I am doing

there is some cramping going on, but that's super normal

home, and I'm gonna get such a good rest in. my temp is on the low side, but that's what heated mattress pads are for

temp is still low; woke up about an hour ago and just ate, so I'm hoping that brings it up. (if it doesn't, I suspect it's the hashimoto's) either way, back to my vitamins and everything!

wow... woke up feeling well enough to check things, and now I'm stuck awake because a power outage means I can't set my adjustable bed back to normal. rude

it took another 20 minutes after that before the power returned. dozed some before my body said it's past the time I should be taking more pain killers, because those cramps...

too early for usual morning meds though, so back to dozing I guess
