Kai spends most of his time out and about rather than in the common rooms. He's not used to being a part of a group like this so he's trying to keep some distance.

the easiest place to catch him is either the market or the pub, both places he's usually playing his flute.

Suppressing his magic is dangerous for him so he also sneaks out at night to secretly use magic where no one will see him.

he also likes to cook rather than let the kitchen do all the work. After the party he doesn't really trust food made by the fae

sometimes you can find him in the library. All the books remind him of when he was younger but he hasn't read much in years so books are still a bit of a headache for him. He still tries though, and likes to read sitting on the floor next to the bookshelves rather than use chairs
