"don't censor yourself!" i have to or else i'll face consequences. "don't be a people pleaser!" i care about people and want them to be happy. "i hate people!" cut off all your friends then. isolate yourself from the population and stop telling other people what to do.

All of it is always so much easier said than done & so useless.......
