So, I am pleased with the dinner I made last night. It wasn't fancy but it all came together at the right time and was seemingly appreciated by those at the table. Curly pasta with Bolognese sauce, sautéd green beans with onions and red pepper, and garlic bread (made with small whole wheat rolls).
