boss called and texted me about a delivery on tuesday that i dont remember happening (i only remembered when she showed me the signature because it was a shitty signature lmfao)

anyways im sure i was handling a customer or more at that time. i never saw the package, was not physically given to me at any point

it slipped my mind after but i DO remember wondering where it was and figuring someone else had brought it into the office after seeing it. my mind was focused on sales because i feel like my boss is breathing down my neck about them fucking constantly

anyways it was !!!!! SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!! and my boss only noticed it missing uh . fucking tonight, lmfao

so she blew up my phone and asked me a bunch of questions and also wants me to call her tomorrow to ask me more questions, and i'm very sure she's going to fire me because she thinks i stole it. i just have memory problems and it's been three days . i worked three days in a row and spent yesterday and today dealing with a migraine

if she tries to argue that i clocked out late so obviously i stole something heavy enough to have to be wheeled into the store, i'll just be like . yeah but that was because i had to count the cash twice because i separate the fives into piles of 10 and i forgot one before closing the cash

i also count and recount the cash if im even slightly over. i do deposits when there's less than 10 dollars to deposit (something no one else does and just saves it for the next deposit) . i am ANAL about making sure the records are clean. why would i steal this when my name is on it
