Last night was the first time I have had actually restful sleep since I got sick and it hit me like a freight train

I fell asleep at like 10:30 and woke up at 6 in the EXACT position I fell asleep in. like I did not even move

fuckin cryosleep

and since I woke up I've felt like I could go back to sleep another 12 hours or so

maybe that's what you need :/
