stayed home from work today sick for the first time.... I feel so guilty 😔

I'm gonna, I am gonna make some tea and have some leftover soup in a minute here

I had to force myself to sleep in because I was waking up once an hour to drink a bunch of water because my throat became Arizona for some reason

at one point I was dreaming that I was pulling entire potted plants, dirt and all, out of the back of my throat

Ooof. I know that kind of dream

update: took a mucinex and a theraflu and then took a nap; felt a lot better!!!!!!! i will be going back to work tomorrow

....which is good because i forgot that my yearly self-review is due this week lol oops. woke up out of a dead sleep with that panicked little thought in the forefront of my mind

i will be wearing a mask for the protection of my coworkers but i h a v e to go back tomorrow
