our secret goal is to knock off enough charts so we can enjoy a few laid back days with low volume 🤫 half day of work for full day pay? yes, please.
quiet dude and i joined the spiff party late (but not too late because i got a couple of newborn charts. YAY!), so while a colleague was on their 40th(!!!) spiff chart, i only managed to knock out 10. my new seatmate to the left, baba (short for babalu, who he does a great impression of + means wise old man, at least in our account)...
was already on his 30th when i started spiffing. he just kept an eye on things and called out if a newborn or obstetric chart was the next one up (those are our indian counterparts’ favorite and get cherry picked a LOT) so someone local gets to “lock” the chart and add an easy ₱120-150 in their pocket while they’re at it.
