Shoka is a huge bully who loves to rile people up but she's also very weak to even small gestures of kindness...and she might also be feeling like this

she's sharp and observant (it's what makes her a good bully), and organizing knowledge might appeal to her FanGO/gamer brain but also....NEERRRRDDDSSS!!!!
i feel like Oran is the best fit for what i'm hoping for (a positive trajectory for her character)..."everyone is accepted, no matter what" is almost exactly what Shoka says she loves about Shibuya in canon..."friends and family above all else" just Makes Cents...also that whole forced cuddling aspect of the housing that everyone loves LMAO
and it's got offering combat training as part of its responsibilities...might suit Shoka since she was basically on tutorial duty as a Reaper (imagining her bullying future newbies while doing this makes me smile)
HOWEVER...Cheri might also be thematically appropriate. prioritizing the city above all else...doing things at the expense of your own wellbeing...also makes sense for my gorl...
but it will make me laugh if Shoka "we were just following orders" Sakurane winds up back in a "follow orders without question" group which happens to be led by a yellow bug. when the dude whose orders she regrettably used to follow had golden butterfly motifs 😭😭
